slip testing in
the North West.
North West coverage is anchored by Manchester and Liverpool, with regular extension across Lancashire to Preston and Blackpool, and into Cumbria. Manchester Active, the Etihad Campus, the Manchester university estate and the Liverpool city sport portfolio are the primary demand drivers.
Where we work in the North West.
Generic location pages are an SEO trick, not a service. The detail below reflects the venues, governing-body relationships and travel logistics that genuinely shape how we deliver in this region. Every survey carries the same UKAS Lab 7933 endorsement regardless of location.
Manchester
Manchester Active, the four Manchester higher-education institutions (UoM, MMU, Salford, UCFB), and the Etihad Campus indoor facilities form a dense urban testing footprint. The National Squash Centre is among the indoor venues we have surveyed in this cluster.
Liverpool
Liverpool City Council’s leisure operator estate, the LJMU, Hope and Liverpool University estates, plus the Wirral and St Helens leisure portfolios make up the local market.
Lancashire
Preston, Blackpool, Burnley and Blackburn carry the periodic-testing volume. The University of Central Lancashire is the regional EN 14904 reference site.
Travel
North West sites are typically 240–300 minutes from Sunbury. Surveys are clustered into two-day schedules where possible to control cost. Same-day attendance is not feasible from Sunbury for the North West — technicians stay overnight on the night before site.
A UKAS-endorsed report. Same scope, every region.
A site in the North West receives the same calibrated test, the same five-day report turnaround, and the same UKAS endorsement under Lab 7933 as a site in any other UK region. There is no “regional” version of the test. The endorsement is what makes it evidence; we don’t dilute it for distance.
